Tutorial for manually renewing a Kiravo service
We have detailed the entire process below, step by step, so that you can make the changes quickly and without any hassle.
1. Log in to the client account
The first step is to access the client area. Click the Log in button to connect to your account using your email address and password.
2. Select the service you want to renew
Once logged into the main dashboard, navigate to the Services section. Here you will see a list of all your active services (hosting, domains, etc.).
Click on the service you wish to renew.
3. Manual Renewal
After selecting the service, you will be directed to its management page. Look for and click on the Manual Service Renew option in the left-hand menu.
4. The system will generate the proforma invoice
On the new page, you will see the renewal details. To complete the process, you only need to press the green Renew Now button.
The system will automatically generate the proforma invoice, which you can pay immediately using your preferred payment method.
And that’s it! Your service has been renewed, ensuring its continuity without any worries. The extension will apply from the service’s expiration date, so that you won’t lose any of your contractual period.
