Do you want to stop worrying about invoices and ensure your hosting services and domains are always paid on time?
At Kiravo, you can set up automatic card payments in just a few minutes. Once activated, the system will automatically withdraw the necessary amount to renew your services, providing comfort and security.
Tutorial for setting up automatic card payments for your Kiravo services
To activate automatic payments, all you need to do is follow the steps below.
1. Log in to the Client Area and add your card details
First, log in to the Kiravo client area. Navigate to the Billing menu and select the Credit Cards option.

Press the Add New Credit Card button, enter your card details, and save them securely.

2. Set the default payment method
Now, go to Account Details and access the Settings section.

Next to the Default Payment Gateway option, select Stripe – Auto Recurring.

3. Apply the setting to all services
After selecting Stripe auto recurring, check the box Apply this selection to all existing services and press the Save Changes button. From this moment on, automatic payment is active for all your services.

How does it work?
- The system issues the proforma invoice 10 – 15 days before the due date.
- 6 days before the due date, the system will attempt to withdraw the amount from the saved card automatically.
- This interval gives you enough time to cancel the payment if you change your mind.
How do you manage automatic payments for individual services?
You can configure this individually if you only want certain services to be paid automatically.
Go to Services and select the desired service. On its management page, in the Service Auto Renewal section, you can change the payment method from Stripe Auto Recurring to another option (e.g., Bank transfer).
This action gives you total control over each service.
