What's the difference between the hosting plans?
Business runs on AMD EPYC Milan with hard CPU and RAM limits, no Redis or php.ini editor, and locations in Germany, Finland, and Romania. Publisher runs on Genoa with soft limits, Redis, and all locations. eCommerce runs on high-frequency Turin with high-IOPS NVMe, Redis, php.ini, the lowest tenancy, and all locations except Romania. VPS is a private server with dedicated vCPU and RAM. The comparison table on this page lists the full matrix.
Can I switch between hosting plans later?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades within the same plan type happen from your client area. Moving between Business, Publisher, eCommerce, or VPS is a quick support ticket. Any remaining time on your current plan is prorated.
Do you offer an annual discount?
Yes. Pay annually and you get 2 months free.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process all payments via Stripe and accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, and American Express.
What is your refund policy?
Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not the right fit, ask for a full refund within the first 30 days.
Do I have to pay VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. EU customers without a valid VIES VAT number pay VAT at checkout. Enter a valid VIES number when you have one.
What happens if I exceed my traffic limit?
We won't suddenly turn your site off. If your traffic consistently exceeds your plan limits, we will reach out to discuss moving you to a plan that better suits your needs.
Where are your servers located?
Available locations depend on the hosting plan. Business: Germany, Finland, and Romania. Publisher: every location we offer. eCommerce: every location except Romania. Instant deployment today covers Germany, Finland, Romania, the UK, and the Netherlands; other regions can be provisioned on request.
Do you offer email hosting?
Yes on Business, Publisher, and eCommerce plans. Each tier includes a set number of mailboxes shown on the plan card. VPS does not include email; keep mail on a dedicated provider so server resources stay with your sites. You can also point DNS at Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar if you prefer external mail.
Do you use cPanel?
No. We use a modern control panel instead, faster, simpler, and far more intuitive than cPanel. cPanel was the right shape for the hosting industry in 2005; we'd rather give you a panel that fits how people actually manage sites today.
