What's the difference between Standard and Performance plans?

Standard plans are sized for static and low-traffic sites — brochure sites, agency portfolios, small business sites. The differentiator is how many sites you can host and how much storage you get. Performance plans are sized for a single dynamic site that does real work — WooCommerce, LMS, busy publishers — and come with more PHP workers, larger Redis cache, and database tuning specific to that workload.

Can I switch between Standard and Performance later?

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades within a track happen from your client area; switching tracks (Standard → Performance or vice versa) is a quick support ticket. Any remaining time on your current plan is prorated.

Do you offer an annual discount?

Yes. Pay annually and you get 2 months free.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process all payments via Stripe and accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, and American Express.

What is your refund policy?

Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not the right fit, ask for a full refund within the first 30 days.

Do I have to pay VAT?

A 21% VAT is added for EU customers unless a valid VIES VAT number is provided during checkout.

What happens if I exceed my traffic limit?

We won't suddenly turn your site off. If your traffic consistently exceeds your plan limits, we will reach out to discuss moving you to a plan that better suits your needs — either a larger plan on the same track, or a Performance plan if you've outgrown Standard.

Where are your servers located?

You can choose your preferred cloud location during checkout: Germany, United Kingdom, or the Netherlands.

Do you offer email hosting?

No, we specialize exclusively in high-performance WordPress hosting. We recommend using Google Workspace, Outlook 365, or Cloudflare email forwarding.

Do you use cPanel?

No. We built our own panel from scratch, designed around WordPress workflows. cPanel was the right shape for the hosting industry in 2005, not for managed WordPress in 2026.
