How to view and pay invoices

Use Billing → Invoices in the Kiravo client area to see invoices across your account. This is separate from the hosting control panel used to manage websites.

To see invoices for just one hosting service, use Related Invoices. Domains have their own Related Invoices page.

  1. Sign in to the client area and open Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Select the Invoices tab.
  3. Use Filter data to filter by status or service. Clear filters restores the full list. Click a column heading to sort by Invoice #, Final ID, Status, Total, Invoice date, Due date, or Date Paid.
  4. Click the invoice number to open the full invoice. Check the billed items, currency, total, amount already paid, and amount left to pay.

If the list is empty, clear the filters and check again. If you use a contact or team login, confirm that it has permission to view billing information.

  1. Open the invoice and check that it is payable. Do not attempt to pay an invoice marked as paid or cancelled.
  2. Choose from the payment options shown on that invoice. Follow the instructions for the selected method.
  3. Check the amount and currency before submitting the payment. Complete any confirmation requested by the payment provider or your bank.
  4. Wait for the result before reloading the page or submitting another payment.
  5. Return to the invoice and check its payment status and outstanding amount. Keep the payment confirmation for your records.

A saved card or an enabled renewal setting does not prove that an invoice has been paid. See automatic card payments if you want eligible invoices to be charged automatically.

If your bank shows a payment but the invoice is still unpaid, check whether the transaction is pending and contact support before paying again. Include the invoice number, payment date, and payment method. Do not send your full card number, security code, or banking credentials.

  • On an individual invoice, use Download PDF to save it or Print Invoice to print it.
  • From the invoice list, select the invoices you need and click Bulk download selected.
  • Click Account Statement to download the account statement. Your browser may ask where to save it.

Invoices, PDFs, and account statements contain billing information. Share them only with people who need access, such as your accountant.

If the billed service, amount, currency, or account details look wrong, open a support ticket before paying. Include the invoice number and explain what needs checking.
