How to renew a domain

Renewing a domain extends its registration. It does not renew or change the hosting service that uses the domain. To keep future renewals automatic, follow How to turn domain auto-renewal on or off.

  1. Sign in to the Kiravo client area.
  2. Open Services → Domains and click the domain you want to renew.
  3. On Domain details, check the domain name, status, and expiry date.
  4. Click Renew Domain.
  5. Choose the number of years you want to add. Check the renewal price before you continue.
  6. Complete the order and pay the renewal invoice. The renewal is not complete until Kiravo confirms the payment and updates the domain.
  1. Open the domains list.

  2. Tick the checkbox beside each domain you want to renew.

  3. Under With selected domains, click the blue circular-arrow button. Its label is Add Years / Renew.

Domains bulk-action toolbar with the Add Years or Renew button and an empty domain list

  4. Choose how many years to add to each domain and check the prices.

  5. Continue to the invoice and complete its payment.

If the list shows Nothing to display, the selected tab contains no domains to renew. Return to All, clear any filters, and check again. If a domain has expired or the renewal action is unavailable, open a support ticket before placing another domain order.
