Managing your teams
Teams let you group contacts together and give them a shared set of permissions over your account, services, and domains. They’re handy when you want to give a developer, an accountant, or a colleague exactly the access they need.
Open Manage contacts in the sidebar and click the Teams tab.
The teams list
Section titled “The teams list”The Teams tab lists every team you’ve created, with these columns:
- Name — the team’s name.
- Status — whether the team is active or pending.
- Type — Local for a team you created, or invite-based for one joined with an invite code.
- Description — the optional note you added when creating it.
Before you create any teams, the list shows “Nothing to display.” Two buttons sit at the top right: Add new team and Invite Team.
