How to place an order
This guide covers your first order, which starts on the kiravo.net website. To order additional services or register domains later from inside the client area, see Services and Domains.

Open the pricing page
Go to kiravo.net and click Get started on the homepage, or Pricing in the navigation menu — both take you to the same place.

Choose a plan
The pricing page shows two sets of web hosting plans: Standard and Performance. Switch between the two tabs to compare them. Each plan has a Get started button.
Click Get started on the plan you want. This takes you to the checkout flow.

Select your billing cycle
The first checkout step shows the details of your chosen plan and lets you pick a billing cycle:
- Monthly
- Annually — pay for the year and get two months free, a 17% discount.
There’s also a Promotional code field. If you have a code, enter it and click Submit. When you’re ready, click Continue.

Review your order summary
You’ll see your order summary: description, setup fee (zero), price, subtotal, discount, total recurring including VAT, and the total due today. A Clear cart button is available if you want to start over.

Enter your client information
Below the summary, choose whether you’re a new or returning customer:
- Already registered — enter your email address and password, then click Submit to log in.
- New client — fill in your details. Most people start here.
New clients choose an account type, Personal or Organization. Personal asks for:
- First name and last name
- Identification number (your national ID number)
- Password and repeat password
- Email address
- Address, city, state, postal code, and country
- Phone number (optional)
Organization asks for the same details plus organization name, fiscal code, and registration number.
You can add additional notes to be included with your order. Then tick the I have read and accepted the Terms of Service checkbox. Finally, choose Continue shopping to add more products, or Checkout to finish.

Pay and confirm
Click Checkout to reach the payment page. Enter your credit card details and submit the order.
You’ll land on the order confirmation page, which thanks you for your order and shows your order number. A confirmation email follows shortly.
If you have any questions about your order, open a support ticket from the client area and quote your order number.
