How to open a support ticket

  1. Click Support Tickets, then Create new (or go directly to the new-ticket page).
  2. Choose a Department and PriorityLow, Medium, or High.
  3. Enter a Subject and Message.
  4. Optionally add CC recipients and attach a file (.jpg, .pdf, .png, .jpeg, .webp, .csv, .txt).
  5. Tick encrypt its contents if the message contains sensitive data.
  6. Click Submit.
